Our White Glove Delivery (available in the lower 48 states) includes in-home setup, assembly, and optional packaging removal. Missed deliveries may incur a second delivery fee. Upon arrival, please inspect all items for damage and ensure everything matches your order before signing. Damage not noted on the delivery receipt is considered post-delivery and is the purchaser’s responsibility.

At ICON CROFT, all custom furniture is made to order and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
We provide detailed previews before production and encourage reviewing all specs carefully. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
Our warranty covers craftsmanship defects, but not wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
