SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All Icon Croft products are offered with free shipping to delivery addresses in NY, NJ, PA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. In-stock items usually ship within 5 business days. For made-to-order products, arrival time is generally between 14-16 weeks.

We offer premium white glove delivery service in the lower 48 states this includes delivery personnel bringing your merchandise into your home, unpacking and assembling it in the room of your choice. White glove also includes removal of discarded packaging materials if requested. If you are not home to receive a scheduled delivery and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply. When your shipment arrives, verify the items delivered are the same as on the order prior to signing for the delivery. All cartons shipped via freight carrier must be thoroughly inspected for any signs of mishandling such as dents, holes, rips, tears etc. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before it is signed. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be assumed to have occurred after delivery and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our products are shipped through a third-party delivery service. We are entrusting this third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third party to deliver and place your purchase.

We will promptly assess the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a repair, replacement.

4. Damages During Transit: We take every precaution to ensure that your furniture arrives in pristine condition. If, however, you notice any damages upon delivery, please document the issues with photographs and contact us immediately. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to address the situation and provide a suitable solution.

5. Warranty on Workmanship: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. While our warranty covers manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the user are not covered. Regular care and maintenance, as outlined in our care instructions, will contribute to the longevity of your custom leather furniture.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Customized furniture is unique to each customer and, therefore, cannot be resold. As such, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than those outlined in this policy.
